Understand the workflow. Agree the scope. Build with confidence.
A connected website works best when the journey is clear. We start with what your team and candidates need to do, then work through the website, systems and paperwork together.

Four steps from first conversation to handover.
Step 1: Understand your current process
We review your existing site, Giig setup, approved forms, staff handoffs and recurring problems. Credentials and sensitive documents use an agreed private channel later, never the website enquiry form.
Step 2: Define the scope
We agree the pages, forms, permissions, data destinations, review responsibilities, dependencies and commercial terms. Other systems need feasibility work before a commitment.
Step 3: Build and test the journey
We design the presentation and verify the agreed workflows, including incomplete forms, corrections and integration failures.
Step 4: Handover and support
We agree ownership, guidance, updates and the support that follows, so responsibilities are clear before sign-off.

What to bring to the first conversation.
- Your website address
- Your recruitment system
- The workflow that needs improving
- Roughly how many forms you use
- Who reviews them

Three routes, side by side.
Start with the route that matches where your agency is today. You can add the others later.
| A new recruitment website | Connect your existing WordPress site | Bring your forms online | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where you start | A dated site, or no site that supports jobs and applications. | A WordPress site you want to keep. | Word or PDF forms your team keeps chasing. |
| What we scope | Design, content, jobs and applications, the Giig connection, hosting and handover. | Theme and builder fit, account permissions, supported features, installation and updates. | Questions, conditions, review, signatures, outputs, access and destinations. |
| Needs Giig? | An agreed connection is part of the scope. | Yes: the fit check covers your account access. | No. A connection is assessed separately if needed. |
| First step | Discuss my website | Check my website’s fit | Discuss my forms |
Every question, answered.
Websites, the Giig integration, forms, signatures, cost and maintenance.
We can assess your website and Giig account access to define a suitable integration. The supported features and any presentation changes are agreed before the work begins.
Not necessarily. An existing-site integration may be the right route. If your website needs a broader refresh, we can scope a connected WordPress recruitment website instead.
Yes, we can scope the digitalisation of your approved forms and documents, including relevant questions, conditional steps, review and outputs. We start with the workflow as well as the document.
A forms project can be scoped independently. If information needs to enter Giig or another system, that connection is assessed and agreed separately.
No. We agree the information and operations the connection will handle. Sensitive paperwork and unsupported fields need their own storage, access and handling decisions.
We can assess signing requirements as part of a document workflow. The approved wording, evidence requirements and appropriate signing approach are agreed for the project.
Save-and-return can be considered for longer invited forms. Its availability, access and expiry are defined for the particular form; it is not assumed for every public enquiry or short declaration.
We can assess bespoke connections where the provider offers suitable access. Feasibility, permissions and the permitted information transfer must be established before a commitment.
The reusable plugin offer is being prepared. Register your interest so we can discuss release availability and compatibility with your website.
The scope depends on your website, forms and integration requirements. Tell us what you need and we’ll define the work and commercial terms with you.
Ownership, updates, hosting and support are agreed in the project scope. We’ll make the responsibilities clear before handover.
